What approach do I use?

I offer psychodynamic counselling and work in a psychotherapeutic manner. The psychodynamic approach is an in-depth form of counselling that prioritises emotional and personal growth. This approach supports those with deeply-affecting and complex issues, including trauma that may manifest unconsciously, by examining their life and internal world.
